Enchilada Sauce (sugar-free, Paleo, Keto, GAPS)

This simple Paleo Enchilada Sauce is a must-have staple for all your Mexican dishes. Full of flavor and healthy fats, dairy-free, no added sugar and so easy to put together – it is perfection.

I make my Paleo Enchilada Sauce with bone broth, giving it a deep rich flavor, and real health benefits. Bone broth is full of collagen, minerals, and electrolytes. It is great for healthy hair, skin, and nails, boosts detoxification, helps heal digestive distress symptoms, helps to heal leaky gut, is great for joint health, and boosts your immune system. Bone broth will also help you to overcome food sensitivities and intolerances by giving you the nutrients to heal your gut lining. There are some good quality off-the-shelf bone broths, Kettle & Fire is one I can recommend but making your own is best.  Use my easy recipe. I’ll walk you through step-by-step, so you can make your own nutrient-dense bone broth.
