Chocolate Keto Fat Bombs (travel-safe, Paleo, vegan, GAPS option)
FINALLY – a Chocolate Keto Fat Bomb that doesn’t melt!
Let me say that again… these amazing little Chocolate Keto Fat Bombs seriously do not melt! And they are chocolate!
The perfect snack for busy days!
These Chocolate Keto Fat Bombs are just one of my three amazing travel-safe Keto Fat Bomb flavors (the other flavors include Vanilla Coconut and Salted Caramel).
Truth is, I love them all, so I am more than excited to share them with you.
Delicious and nutritious
My Keto Fat Bombs are super-healthy little snacks that you can take with you every day and on all your adventures. All you need to do is wrap these energy snacks up and take them hiking, biking, climbing, camping, or on a picnic somewhere.
Fat Bombs are really a Keto luxury! They are always sugar-free, low in carbs, and high in healthy fats.
They can satiate you just enough to get you through to the next meal, help curb any cravings, and become the perfect little dessert.
I make plenty of my own fat bombs (see my recipe template here!), and I do love them all, but most Keto fat bombs melt very quickly after you take them out of the fridge. Which makes them almost impossible to take with you!
Unless you put them into a container and bring along a spoon to eat them with. Which, I think, defeats the purpose. Right?
That’s why I created these no-melt Keto Fat Bombs!
Even on Keto, there is such a thing as TOO MUCH fat!
Do you realize that even on a Ketogenic diet you can overeat your healthy fats?
While for the most part, I have thrown away the idea of calories in = calories out, the number of calories still does matter to some degree.
If your goal is to burn up your own body fat, then you may want to tailor your overall fat intake to allow your body to use its own. Doing Keto right can be tricky and it takes some time to figure it out for your own body, so be patient and ask for help. I take people into a Ketogenic diet the right way, with great results. If you want to look into one of my programs, please check them out here.
I went through many variations creating these Keto Fat Bombs before settling on this final version to share. Please tell me what you think and try my other amazing flavors.

Instructions
- Put all ingredients, except the optional ingredients, into a large food processor and mix well for 30-60 seconds, until a dough forms.

Notes
Store your Keto Fat Bombs in the fridge, in an airtight container. They will keep easily for 7-10 days without drying out. They can also be frozen, to be used as needed.
If you use a plain, unflavored collagen powder you may want to add a bit of additional sweetener. 2 -3 Tablespoons of powdered erythritol is my top choice, or 1/4 teaspoon of liquid stevia will also work well.
I just love all of the health benefits of collagen protein, but you can absolutely use plant-based protein powder instead of collagen if you prefer. If you substitute a plant-based protein powder, reduce the amount called for in the recipe by just a couple of tablespoons. Otherwise, it can make the dough a little difficult to bind and make the finished Bombs too hard. One benefit of using plant-based protein is that it can make these balls more travel friendly in the warmer months when even your dark chocolate bars melt.
