Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp.. thyme
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a glass bottle or jar. Screw the lid on tight and shake really well. -- Or -- add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 20 seconds to emulsify.
Notes
You can store this salad dressing in your pantry, at room temperature, for up to three weeks.
