Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp.. thyme
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a glass bottle or jar. Screw the lid on tight and shake really well. -- Or -- add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 20 seconds to emulsify.

Notes

You can store this salad dressing in your pantry, at room temperature, for up to three weeks.
