One of the best things about working with Vonni is her openness to discuss her own health issues she has struggled with.  Hearing her story, the changes she has made, and the benefits those changes have had on her health as well as the health of her family inspired me to take her recommendations seriously.  As a result of modifying my diet I have witnessed substantial changes in my energy levels.  By switching to a diet comprised mostly of healthy fats (yes butter) and vegetables, I can go for hours without hunger cravings with no change in energy!  Also the indigestion I had come accustom to is completely gone!
