Optional Ingredients


  • Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan. Heat on medium heat until steaming.
  • Pour into a blender or mug. Blend on high for 20 seconds in a blender or froth it with a hand held milk frother. This process disperses the fat molecules for easier digestion and absorption as well as makes it a desirable foamy hot beverage. If using a mug, fill it only half way to froth and then add the remaining liquid so it doesn’t spill over the top when you froth it.
